John is a self-taught nature photographer who is continually trying to improve his eye for the image and his technique for capturing it. He has photographed subjects both natural and man-made from Canada to the American Southwest - and points in between. John is involved in a number of arts and photography organizations: He's an Exhibiting Member of the Associated Artists of Winston-Salem, Inc., a Past President of the Piedmont Photography Club, an Exhibiting Member and Officer of the Associated Photographers of the Triad, Inc. and a member of the Clemmons, NC Arts Advisory Committee.
